Lab 254 respects the privacy of visitors to lab-254.com. This document describes what personal data we collect, for what purpose, how we store it, and when we delete it.
What data we collect
- Contact enquiries via the form on the home page: name and unit, email, enquiry type, message text.
- Technical analytics: anonymized page views (no cookies). We do not collect IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or behavioral profiles.
- Server logs: standard web logs (request type, time) retained for up to 14 days for diagnostics.
How we use the data
- Solely to respond to your enquiry and for follow-up communication.
- We do not share it with third parties.
- We do not use it for marketing or mailings.
How long we keep it
We keep contact enquiries until the conversation is closed or for 12 months from the last communication — whichever is shorter. After that, we delete them.
