We keep your drone combat-effective when comms and navigation are suppressed

Strike systems and terminal-guidance modules that drive the hit home on static and moving targets under full EW suppression. Field-proven, serial production, codified products.

  • 700+ m automatic terminal-guidance range
  • 0.25 m strike accuracy (CEP) in the terminal phase
  • 20–40 km navigation with no satellite signal

Products

Product line

Four separate systems. Each works on its own. Together, they hold combat effectiveness under EW suppression.

T-REX

Strike platform

T-REX

700 m terminal guidance · up to 45 km range

FPV in three classes (10 / 13 / 15) with Tracer Guidance onboard. Completes the strike even when the target is under EW or on the move.

  • 3 frame sizes: 10 / 13 / 15 inch
  • Digital and analog video channel
  • Tracer Guidance onboard out of the box

When you need it: you want the complete package — frame plus terminal guidance in a single delivery.

Tracer Guidance — module on a combat drone

Guidance module

Tracer Guidance

700+ m terminal guidance · 0 rebuilds

A hardware module plus software that adds automatic terminal guidance to your existing drone — on moving targets, including under full EW jamming.

  • Mounts on an existing FPV or fixed-wing drone
  • Pixel Lock + Cruise Control
  • No flight-controller firmware rewrite

When you need it: you already field an FPV or fixed-wing fleet and want to add precision without replacing the frame.

Navigation

Tracer Beacon

20–40 km · Stealth

A local navigation network built on radio beacons. Low-observable to electronic-intelligence assets. Works where satellite navigation is jammed.

  • 20–40 km coverage per beacon
  • Low-observable to electronic-intelligence assets
  • No satellite signal required

When you need it: satellite navigation is jammed across a 20–40 km band.

Counter-UAS

Tracer Interceptor

300–500 m acquisition · 2 engagement modes

Automatic interception of enemy UAS detected on radar. Integrates with your radar or radar-feed system, separate license.

  • Integrates with your radar or radar-feed system
  • Hybrid guidance: Pixel Lock + AI
  • Manual detonation or autonomous strike

When you need it: you need to intercept enemy UAS using the data from a radar you already have.

How the system works

One mission — three products

Each Lab 254 product covers one phase of the mission. Together, they cover the full path: launch outside the EW zone, autonomous beacon navigation, and a strike on a moving target.

[ launch ] [ beacon navigation ] [ link ] [ pixel lock · strike ] EW ZONE FIELD EW ZONE · TARGET Operator ground station launch · trajectory BEACON 1 BEACON 2 BEACON 3 link Pixel Lock target lock OPTIONAL AI model target recognition TARGET commanded flight autonomous flight EW suppression zone navigation beacon

01

Launch in a safe zone

Operator · ground station

The drone receives a trajectory from the operator and heads to the edge of the first suppression zone.

02

Navigation without satellite signal

Tracer Beacon + Tracer Guidance · Cruise Control

Inside the enemy EW zone, the drone navigates autonomously between beacons placed along the route. 20–40 km coverage per beacon.

03

Target lock

Tracer Guidance · Pixel Lock + AI

In the enemy field EW zone, Pixel Lock holds the moving target on camera. An optional AI model recognizes the target and guards against a miss — trained for the specific mission.

04

Kinetic delivery

T-REX or a third-party drone with Tracer Guidance

Three frame sizes for different tasks. CEP 0.25 m in the terminal phase.

What sets us apart

Why Lab 254, not just a module

Most suppliers cover a single link in the chain. We deliver the full path to impact — including where others stop at a static target.

01

Complete kit out of the box

Airframe and terminal guidance in one supply. No bolting together a drone and a third-party module from different vendors — the T-REX ships with Tracer Guidance onboard.

02

Terminal guidance on moving targets under EW

Pixel Lock + Cruise Control drive the strike home against vehicles on the move under full EW suppression — not just static targets.

03

AI trained for your mission*

The AI recognition model is trained for the specific target and mission rather than picked from a fixed list of classes. It finds the target and guards against a miss.

* The AI recognition module is installed optionally, on request. It is not part of the base build.

Engineering culture

How we work

What hasn't passed the field doesn't go to serial production.

01

In-house design and manufacturing

From board to firmware, every module is built in-house. No outsourced supply chains for critical components.

02

Every version field-tested before release

Live-fire testing is mandatory, not optional. Anything that hasn't passed the field doesn't go to serial production.

03

Serial production + full support

Products are codified. Support, operator training, spare parts — part of the delivery.
